Concerning photography Agnes Forsthuber follows an unsual path: she approaches the visual phenomena of nature from the inside, from their essence

Light and color leave traces of movement – dynamically and stirring or transparent, gentle and calm. In an academic reflection, composition and structure are finely attuned to eachother in these abstract or representational works. And yet this does not explain the effect each photograph has. In this displayed moment of movement or silence they do reconcile the beholder with the distance between him and nature in an extraordinary way.

Something like consonance becomes palpable and tangible.
